This page is designed to answer some common problems that customers may encounter when using any of the RGP products. Our technical staff periodically finds new solutions to things such as video playback and compatibility issues. Video Playback Issues

There has been an issue with playing the DVD's using Window's Media Player on a Window's based computer that was running the Vista's operating system. The video's have run fine using WMP on an XP operating system. The problem was corrected by downloading and using the VLC viewer. You can download it for free here: www.videolan.org

How long are the videos?

Volume 1 is approximately 75 minutes long and Volume 2 is approximately 90 minutes long.
